Compaq Presario V2000

A Compaq V2000 isn't a V2000, there are many different models. It may say V2000 on the LCD screen, but for example in my case it is a V2418. So this may be why some are having issues and others not.

Ah Well mine is a V2403NR if that helps at all :/

What kinda cheeses me off is that HP/Compaq no longer has the Heatsink/Fan assemblies in stock and I am on my 3rd one in a bit over 2 years.
