Autorun Citrix ICA on startup [SOLVED]

Hi.

I've remastered KNOPPIX 5.1 with the ICA client installed - and working. The problem is that I want it to autostart after X have started. The bootsequence is allready totaly automatic - no interference from the user needed, except when x is loaded and the user wants to run ICA. How do I do this? ( The CD are to be used as a thinclient solution to run ICA on startup - nothing else ).

boot -> driverloading -> X -> ICA -> Autoconnect to server | User needs to type in username and passw.

You can include a shell script to automate these tasks. A shell script is similar to an MSDOS batch file, only with a much more powerful scripting language.

If you name your script "knoppix.sh" and place it in the KNOPPIX folder inside your KNOPPIX livecd ISO, you can then create a "custom" livecd and when knoppix boots up it will automatically run the knoppix.sh script.

Ok, im not realy familiar with the .sh scripts - i've allready made one for retaining the KDE settings - but how do i proceed to make the ICA application lauch? The files are installed @ /lib/ICAclient and there is a shortcut on the desktop.

Find the exact commandline syntax that is contained in your shortcut and then include it in a graphical autostart script such as an .xinitrc settings file in your home directory (/home/knoppix).

It will then autorun the application when the graphical X-Windows system starts up.
