I am using Knoppix with a touch screen. I would like to be able to disable the mouse cursor, but haven't had any luck finding the information on how to.

In my reading around it seems like it maybe in Qt, rather than X or KDE, but that didn't get me any farther.

Or how do I create a blank/transparent mouse cursor or theme?
