when i attempt to boot knoppix it prompts me for 6 choices

when i put the koppix cd in and start the computer, the screen prompts me to choose six different versions to boot from.
and i am unsure which to choose
i tried each one and they all boot differently and have different lengths of text.
but each one ends with
a:\ and the blinking line.
i know it is waiting for me to do something but i don't know what.
a is my floppy disk drive.
but i don't use it and i don't know why it is waiting for something from there.
so anyway i don't know what i am doing and i need someone to walk me through this .
i tried the adobe files that came with my koppix but i didn't find anything that looked like it pertained to this particular problem
