Hi all

I am trying to boot Knoppix 5.1.1 CD in a HP Pavilion a1350a computer.

It seems to freeze up at the line which says something like "Looking for CD in /dev/hda"
The machine has one SATA hard drive, and a DVD burner and second hard drive on the IDE cable.

I have used this same Knoppix CD in many other PC's without any problems, so I am confident that the CD itself is okay.

Any ideas?
