Does anyone has an idea why the same_konqueror, in the same_computer with the same_set-encoding (Automatic Detection / Semi Automatic) behave in different ways according if is loaded as 'plain user' or 'root'?
As 'normal user' some characters aren't encoded correctly while loading 'kdesu konqueror' the same characters are correctly displayed!
