unable to boot from CD under Windows 2000Server

I did like the FAQ told me...
I downloaded everything again, but the MD5 Checksums do not match:

winMd5Sum[/b]]MD5 Check Sums are different

then I downloaded it from another Mirror... the same thing

what am I doing wrong???

before I waste another CD I want to do everything right
