I have a IBM PC 311GL, 128 meg ram, non-bootable cd drive. I've installed Knoppix 3.3 by booting to a boot floppy, and then installing. No problems there. However, when I run apt-get update, I can't update. The terminal window scrolls for quite a while, stating error messages. The Debian Package manager gives similar results. How do I fix this?

Or, how do you make a boot floppy for 5.1.1?
