I tried running Knoppix 5.1.1 on a Fujitsu-Siemens laptop from a LiveCD. When I tried playing a sound or video file, I could only hear the sound from the laptop's built-in speakers, but when I connected earphones, I didn't hear anything from anywhere. What is the problem?
