Use an ISO editor to change the file named ISOLINUX.CFG inside the Knoppix.iso image.
Then use a text editor to change the contents of this file.
Edit the line directly underneath the word DEFAULT.
Add whatever cheatcodes that you wish, ie: lang=IT, etc.
Save the file into the ISO and burn your newly customized Knoppix DVD.
