DVD 5.3.1: extract_compressed_fs fails after 2.1G

Hello,
Now that the KNOPPIX compressed file is over 2G, extract_compressed_fs fails at 2.1G processed.

The problem seems that lseek() fails when an offset greater then 2G(2^31) is passed as argument;
on IA32 the offset (off_t) is defined as long type so lseek file size can not exceed 2G(2^31).

Any idea on how to fix this ?

While waiting for an official solution, i made a patch for extract_compressed_fs.c that allows to extract compressed filesystems greater then 2.1G.
