Hi everybody, I have a problem starting apache and mysql in my knoppix 5.0.1 live cd . As far as apache goes, it just displays an error message as if it is trying to access the htppd.conf file , which does not exist for apache2. the exact message is:

root@Knoppix:/etc/init.d# apache2 -k start
apache2: Syntax error on line 189 of /etc/apache2/apache2.conf: Could not open configuration file /etc/apache2/httpd.conf: No such file or directory


As for mysql i get the following error

root@Knoppix:/etc/init.d# mysql start
ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2)

Is there any config i have to change? , any ideas ??
