How can i retrieve 850 gig of info off my WD my book 1tb external drive when my computers will not notice it as a drive, but it is noticed in device manager. The drive is bad ( failed cable read on wd's diagnostics software program, i have switched cables but still nothing. I get an error code 11 cable read failed when i run a test on it. So how do i get this info off this drive and onto a new one, Help Please! Thanks. :( :(
