Want to know if i can run KNOPPIX on a Acer Aspire 5570z

hey guys i'm new

and wanted to know if i can run KNOPPIX live cd/dvd (blah blah blah)on a acer aspire 5570z (which suck for a laptop) cause i have ms vista on it by default and wanted to try some thing new. Also would i have any problems with doing so??

from what specifications I have found on-line it should run fine.
the things that may be trouble is wireless and modem, possibly screen resolution, which can be set at boot (look in the documentation wiki on "cheatcodes").
if you do not need the modem (that may required some fiddling to get going) and are prepared to try I think your wireless should be supported, no guarantees though, but Atheros wireless should work in Linux.

it is more a question if the chipset is supported at al than how to config it.

hey could you help me i need to know how to change the boot options in my acer aspire 5570z because i dont know how to do it i have been in the bios boot screen but dont know how to change the boot option or is there a program that will run on msvista that will do it for me????
