Im trying out knoppix for the first time, I have tried it at 3 computers currently. The first my desktop worked, but couldnt set a correct resolution, and the fancy compiz fusion effects did not work. I tried it at another laptop, there the resolution was correct and the compiz effects worked instantly. It was running an older ati graphics card, dont know the exact type. But im mainly interested at running it on another laptop where the resolution is correct but there are not effects and my wireless card is not detected. The wireless card is an Intel® Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN And the graphics card is an Gforce 8700GT m ith 512 mb's of ram. How can i get these things to work and will they work instantly next time when i boot from dvd?
