It tells you how to download and burn the Knoppix ISO, but the same techniques apply to other bootable ISO files. A quick summary: Confirm that you have a good download. Burn it as an image with the proper burning tool (not all burning tools will do this, the FAQ lists several that will) and burn it at low speed.
