Knoppix boot error

The below error occurred while booting version 6 (Knoppix) with kernel 2.6.32.6. The computer freezes after this line appears. Any suggestions?

Boot errors are most often due to a bad download or a bad burn. Did you try the media verification option from the command line at the boot screen? i.e.

knoppix testdvd
or
knoppix testcd

If the test fails, check the iso md5 sum and then either re-download if it's bad or burn at a slower speed. If the media-check passes, then try some of the cheatcodes (press F2 or F3 at the boot screen for help) to disable some of the hardware detection, etc. Let us know how it goes!
