Wi-Fi on Knoppix

Hey everyone. I have a Linksys Wi-fi 802.11b network at my house, connected to a DSL line. I can get online through Knoppix using my comp which is directly in the ethernet port on my router, but my wireless comps cant get access. What do i do? The LinNetwork isnt finding a network. Thanks 4 ur help in advance.

What wireless card do you have? Insert it, open a console and enter

wavemon

What happens? What does

iwconfig

give as an output?

Have you tried configuring things with wlcardconfig?

If you are using the cd, just run wlcardconfig from the console.

If you have installed to the hd, then become root and then run wlcardconfig.
