How to Install&Boot Knoppix From 2nd Partition of USB Flash Disk

I am new about Linux And Knoppix. I have bought a Flash Voyager 32 GB Flash Disk.
I seperated UFD into two partitions. My idea is Installing Knoppix to 2nd partition and boot from there.
Because Windows computers can only see 1st partition. And I am planning to use 1st partition as virtual disk of VirtualBox from inside of Knoppix. Also I will move my office profile folders to 1st partition. And
When I am out of office I will boot ufd with knoppix from second partition. And I will use my own windows pc profile via VBox.

I read many forums, patchinf ufd removable bit or something. Please do not suggest using wine or other linux distros or old Knoppix versions. This is simple question:

-My first Partition is 28 GB
-My Second Partition is 3 GB
-I want to install Knoppix (UFD INstall..Not poor Man or HDD Install) to 2nd Partition.
-And I want to use 1st partition as normal UFD. And accessible from any windows computers..

COULD PLEASE CAN GIVE ME A WALKTROUHT URGENT..I am new in linux. Please step by step..
