Having Knoppix be preconfigured for use with Win4Lin for those users who wish to purchase Win4Lin would be fantastic. I'll bet that if the Knoppix developers contacted Netraverse they would find them helpful because Knoppix could generate significant sales for Win4Lin.

Short of preconfiguring Knoppix for Win4Lin it would be wonderful if someone would post instructions for installing Win4Lin uner Knoppix.

I have patched a standard debian kernel-source(2.4.21) with the win4lin patch and the mki-adapter patch ,which is also needed for win4lin. and installed the resulting kernel in my knoppix pc, kernel works fine only problems with win4lin-installer, mki-adapter patch did not match kernel-version. But at netraverse-site (=win4lin) there was only one mki-adapter-patch available.
Has anybody an idea to how aply the mki-adapter-patch on a standard debian kernel-source(2.4.21)??

Try a kernel from http://www.kernel.org Debian makes some changes to the stock kernel.
