Reply With Quotesolved it myself! Had to get into the Knoppix folder by running cd /home/knoppix works perfectly!
Hi all, using Knoppix 6.4.4 (6.7 has some flaws it seems to me) and trying to use ffmpeg to convert an avi file to wmv or mpeg. Not getting anywhere. I have searched on line and have run the command in the terminal : ffmpeg -i jack.avi jack.wmv but I just keep getting "no such file or directory". This happens if I have the clip in "videos" folder or Knoppix folder. Any ideas? Thanks a lot.
solved it myself! Had to get into the Knoppix folder by running cd /home/knoppix works perfectly!
