@knp & @klaus2008 :- Thanks for replying. Yes i tried even downloading knoppix from mirror sites but result same. Moreover i have a desktop and tried booting knoppix without any HDD connected and same result. As klaus2008 suggested above i too think there might be compatibality issues with my system hardware and knoppix because i tried "SystemRescueCD" and it is working absolutely fine(With HDD connected/disconnected). Thanks all for helping me out though my issue still not resolved but got to learn a lot about Live Linux from all your posts.
