problems with ati radeon 7200 or my monitor

hi,
i've just downloaded knoppix v 3.2. The system starts correctly but when
starts xfree, my monitor close down, but the system still working ... my cd still reading .
I have a suspicious about the resolution that knoppix start or my graphic card have some problems.
If i start in safemode, the system works correctly, but many functions aren't up.
if i start in expert mode and put VESA card driver , the system works perfect. But without good graphics.

and another question, it's posible to change boot sequence of knoppix? how ?
and how can i add or remove certain programs ?

Try booting with the cheat code knoppic noddc at the boot: prompt.
