Hi, i'm a newbie

I want to download a knoppix live cd and burn it on a dvd so I can backup my data on my computer that's not working. Which version should I use and is there a way to download without using a torrent?

Download Knoppix
Allways use the latest version of Knoppix. For recovery purpose it's enough to download CD version and burn it to a CD.
