Terminal-free updating of clamav antivirus definitions

Is there a way to do it through the GUI? (pictured attached)

With Knoppix 7.1.0 you can do the following if you are already connected to the internet.

Start ClamTk via the menu ( Accessories -> ClamTK ).

In the program's 'Advanced' menu click on 'Rerun antivirus setup wizard'. Choose 'Manual' and click on the 'Apply' button.

In the program's 'Help' menu select 'Check for updates'. Select 'Signature updates' and click on 'Check for updates'. After some minutes the status changes to 'Updated'. You may close the window then.

You can find a file freshclam.log in the directory /home/knoppix/.clamtk/db.
