Hi all,
I have begun remastering a KDE 3.2 CVS Knoppix. The procedure requires doing a dist upgrade to Deb unstable. All goes well, especially the KDE but it would seem gcc is flaky. It won't build the kernel? Has anybody ran into this with deb unstable?
Thanx, Dan

Which version of gcc are you using? If you build the kernel with gcc 2.95 it should work fine to check which version ls -l /usr/bin/gccOriginally Posted by RoadKill
to use 2.95 before you compile export CC=/usr/bin/gcc-2.95.
