--Sigh... I really don't mean to be rude; but if you read about a proposed solution, why didn't you at least TRY IT before posting?

I previously read a post that said to unplug it and hold the power button in for like 10 seconds to totally drain the power, but I'm not sure if that will work. If anyone can give me a definite answer, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
