how to remaster KNOPPIX from HD-install

what shall I do , if I want to remaster KNOPPIX completely in KDE- (un)-install aplications,set language, install fonts, etc. and then burn this all on CD.
Can I do HD-install? And then burn it on CD? --- but I don't know how to burn HD-install of KNOPPIX on CD when I have it remastered?

and where can I upload MYSQL datas If I want to have them after boot from remastered KNOPPIX cd rewritable from PHP aplication?

I would like do changes in KDE, but in HOW TO REMASTER you wrote me is remastering by shell.... how can I do it --
My idea is:
do HD-install of KNOPPIX and do changes
and then burn it on CD....but I don't know how to burn HD-install on CD
