Not sure about this one if the Savage server doesn't work. Of course there are other parameters. Check out the cheat codes

the faq says to send the lspci and lspci -n

Not email but 'post'. Post it here.

edit You could always have a look at your Lycoris configuration and use it with Knoppix. Boot expert and configure the xserver yourself. If you install Knoppix to hdd you could just copy the file over with a few minor changes.
