on my laptop when i try to hd install i get an:
I/O error: dev 0b:00, sector 1303688

Info fld = 0x367ec, Current sd0b:00, sense key Medium Eroor
Additional sense indicates uncorrectable error.

this keeps on repeating when copyin files.
plz help me

Did you verify the md5sum of the .iso you burned?

How about some hardware information. What type of drive are you installing it to? Internal, external,etc.

Have you booted knoppix testcd?
