Oh, I just uncommentted (no # at the beginning of the line) the URL line thusly:

URL=http://download.nvidia.com/XFree86/Linux-x86
or
URL=http://download.nvidia.com/XFree86_40/

and you have to edit the VER line too, ie:

VER=1.0-4363

You just have to pick a driver from (maybe other than the 4363 series I used as an example):

or
ftp://download.nvidia.com/XFree86_40/
