I made a persistent home on a usb pen drive. I made it 45mb even though it only needed to be 30mb for my files/configs. When I boot the live CD, my ramdisk still has a /home/knoppix in it. Does this mean things I do in the rmadisk's home will automatically update my persisten home on the usb pen? Or do you I have to make a new persistent home if I make changes in my ramdisk's home?
