remastering for my org.

I want to remaster or create my ow version of knoppix for my internal organizational use. I have a frew questions in regard :

1. Where can i get more info on how to do this. Help doc , manual , howto, etc..
2. Does the license agreement prevent me in any way , or would it require me to pay later , are there in attatched strings here (i'm not too good at decyphering license agreements).

thanks in advance. These questions may have already been answared before , if so pls just point me to the correct thread so that i can catch up.
