    installation seems to stop in password root screen

    Hello. I'm trying to install knoppix 3.2. When I am asked for a root password the keyboard seem to stop working and installation stop. What is it happening and what can I do?

    Hi bronstein,

    the keyboard is working fine, but the password you type in is not displayed (no stars etc.). Type your password, press enter, repeat your password and go on installing.
