black screen - ATI Mobility Radeon 9600 ??

hi together,

i tried to run knoppix 3.2 with my laptop (gericom blockbuster).
the graphic card is: ATI Mobility Radeon 9600.

after starting the boot sequence the first two text lines are visible and then the screen becomes black.
i tried the settings of the FAQ but all time the same.

i home that someone will be able to help.

Have you tried any of the cheat codes?

Try typing in "fb1280x1024" or something like that that matches your screen resolution. Your problem might just be with the frame buffer.

when you boot you see boot:
there you type knoppix fb1024x768
like so:
boot:knoppix fb1024x768
