I had thought about it too ,but for some VPN components it needed some kernelrecompiling. ( for which knoppix needs to be remastered ,and I don't feel like it ).
Nevertheless all components are available on the net to perform VPN client on linux. A linux citrix client exists too.
Perhaps one of these days when I have much,much time ???
