    SCSI Probe

    On both my laptop and my desktop, Knoppix boot freezes and turns my monitor off during the initial SCSI probe. The only way I can get it to boot is to use expert or failsafe, which is a pain.

    Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

    Try booting w/ the noscsi option. For example...

    boot: knoppix lang=us noscsi
