Prevent knoppix-install from formatting dest partition

How to install KNOPPIX to reiserfs filesystem? Even if i create reiserfs partition and format it knoppix-install reformats it with ext3 fs

If you save your configuration then exit the installer and edit the .knofig file that is created in the current working directory I believe there is an option in there to not format the partitions along with other options like drive mapping and services started on boot. You would choose load a configuration after having edited and saved the file then install when you run the installer.
