Cool product! How do I change the default language though? Mine's booted up in German.

well download the KNOPPIX-EN.iso ..

there is also a boot-en.img that can be used to make english boot floppies, you you can remaster your cd to use that boot image

Actually, I've found the language settings and changed to English. This works for all app windows, but the menu's are still German. Is there a way to refresh this, or do I need to re-do the CD as you suggest?
