What would be an easy to use video conferencing/voice chat application under linux which has similar functionalities like MSN Messenger/Yahoo Messenger /ICQ ?

Or better yet, are there application that can inter-operate with these popular IM clients ? I understand there are some like GAIM but it seems that that is only for text and not video(web-cam) and voice stuff.
