well, imho abiword AND OO are useless, if you have Kword...

but its quite usuall everyone wants other software to be on the CD. Thats why imho Klaus just shouldnt listen

You can make a remaster if you wish... and of course there are other options...

Perhaps on your computer but not on mine. For all of it's problems Draw, Impress, and Calc have way more functionality than any of the alternatives and the ability to properly interact with MS stuff than any other office suite out there...some of us actually use this bloat

Nope. 2.4.23 is the patched kernel.

Oh, well. Not a big deal as I am using a "Poormans Install" for my HTPC which is read-only anyway, so the script kiddies would be very disappointed when they discover that all of the goodies in storage are on a password protected Mandrake/Samba server and they can't get root.

But, I was curious.
