Wine problem

I just got Knoppix 3.3 installed and was trying to configure Wine (20030813). After a configured the config file and run Notepad to test the settings i got some error messages about not having persions to certain drives. What is wrong? This was the output:

Running knoppix 3.2 from the cd, I don't configure wine. In kde, I just click on my windows partition icon, browse to notepad.exe, right click on it, and wine will set up and run it in a few moments.

Ok, but i don´t have a windows partition. I run Wine from the terminal. The first time i tried it notified me that Wine was not configured yet and if i would like to do it now, so i did.
