HDD install errors

Hi,
New to linux and doing a HDD install.
Getting a bunch of "cloop: error -3.......'s" when trying to do an install to a second HD. HD has hdb1 3.5GB primary boot and hdb2 2.5GB primary swap. Also seeing "ide-scsi: the scsi wants to send us more data than expected......"
Any ideas what the problem is and whether the install should work antway?

Quick follow up,
Installation completed after many errors, but seems to work ok.
Can dual boot fine.
Anyway if anyone has info regarding what I might be missing due to the errors, please let me know.
BTW I used knx-hdinstall, since knoppix-install only allowed the Partion Drive option and nothing else.
