I'm remastering Knoppix 3.4 Cebit edition. I can't figure out how to install forcedeth driver patch to the 2.6.1 kernel included on this CD. My uinderstanding is that forcedeth works in 2.6.2, and will be integrated in 2.6.3.

So, while my remastering will continue, I would like to be able to replace the kernel in there now with an improved one at some point in the future. Kano seems to be the expert on this subject, perhaps he could work on this?
