Hi there,
i have the usb diamond supramax modem and when im booting it says that (usb detected, hotplug enabled..-by the way i didnt understand how hotplug works..) and the led of the modem is off and the modem isnt in the hardware detection list.

I installed the acm module without argument (dont know if it needs..) and after that still it wasnt detecting it. I read the FAQ and also the incompatible hardware list but i didnt see that my modem is in (or even the chipset)
