not sure if this should be here, but u guys are my only hope. when i try to upgrade my python from 2.1 to 2.2, i can configure fine, but then things start going wrong while i do make:

cc1: warning: changing search order for system directory "/usr/local/include"
cc1: warning: as it has already been specified as a non-system directory

what does that mean? how can i fix this?
