New Laptop...everything works!

Hi,

Just purchased a new HP Pavillion 5400 and plopped in my Knoppix 3.3 cd. Everthing seems to work...even the built in wireless adapter!

I had my old fujitsu-seimens amilo D running everything for a while...

Other than deb stable knoppix is the ONLY distro I tried that works faultlessly and 100%.....

RH/Mandrake couldn't even initialise the PCMCIA without locking up, let alone let me configure the wireless networking....

knoppix sure changes all that.....
Considering Im somewhat of an expert on Mandrake and RH based systems and I couldn't get it to work and a complete noobie to knoppix/Debian .... that shows just how great knoppix is....
