Options for Knoppix on an iBook?

I recently downloaded a port of Knoppix for PPC and booted the CD in my iBook. It came up to X, but said that kdeinit needed to be reinstalled. It then also said (in German) that it needed 82MB RAM to run, even though it had earlier on detected the 384MB that the iBook has.

I'm looking into the Gentoo 1.4 Live cd, but are there any other Knoppix-PPC ports that I can get that work?
