1 st Question: Are you running off the CD, or have you done a Hard Drive Install

Some things can't be done if you are just booting the CD ROM, but, some have been able to do a lot of things, that I didn't think you could do. But, we need to get a foundation of how your system is setup first.

So, first oder of business, do you boot Knoppix from the CD, or from your hard drive ?
