Windows installation killed Lilo BootLoader

Hallo,
I had to install Windows again, because I needed a special program not available under Linux.

Unfortunately my Lilo was killed by Windows 2K installation.

Tried to install it again, booting Knoppix 3.3 by CD, editing lilo.conf and starting lilo but it didn´t work. Any suggestions how to get my Lilo again?

You could use Partitian Magic under 'Doze. It has Boot Magic build in, which will acknowledge the Linux install.

Before running lilo you have to chroot to the point that will be root.
If you have Knoppix installed in hda1 it would be something like this (as root):
